Described as a 'Compact Executive Car' the Alfa Romeo 156 is known within the alfa group as a type 932. It is a second generation alfa saloon/compact, and the replacement alfa for the 155.

As with the other models of alfa's from the same time the alfa romeo 156 is available with a huge range of engines. Starting with a 1.6 litre t spark and a standard 2 litre the engine range soon expanded to include turbo diesels and a 2.5 litre petrol V6 Alfa engine.

Alfa 156 For Sale At the launch of the alfa 156 the car was considered a natural progression from the alfa 155 and it continues today to be that successor. With the original drivetrains being somewhat limited the company soon managed to bring out a meaty 2.5litre v6 version as well as the excellent JTD alfa 156's.
